We apologise that the FAQ is only in English.
A: You enter your invoice details, name and e-mail. On the next screen, you will see the amount of Bitcoins you need to send to a specific Bitcoin address. After we receive Bitcoins, we will carry out the SEPA bank transaction in euros. We have secured enough euros on our bank accounts to keep the service running smoothly. You do not need to worry if or when or where we will sell the Bitcoins you sent to us, or if we keep the Bitcoins. Once we see your transaction, we will pay your bill using euros which are already available.
A: Our service is based on trust. You can start with small amounts first, but we try to be as transparent as we can. You can read about us on the About page, as well as view our pictures.
A: After the merchant initiates a payment request (special button in the merchant login area), a SEPA transfer will be made on the next local working day. Usually, a SEPA transfer takes 1–3 business days. During some local holidays, delays might occur.
A: Send us an e-mail containing the type of business, locations and contact information.
A: Simply contact us by e-mail, refer to your transaction, and we will provide you with bank proof that payment has been made as you requested.
A: Drop us an e-mail with your contact information and a brief description of your service, and you will be given temporary access to our testing API.
A: When a company generates an invoice, an API call needs to be made toward our API with invoice details. We will send back a raw image or link to image. Then you can add this to your invoice. When the user scans that QR code with a regular scanner, the proper amount of Bitcoins will be calculated using the current exchange rate. Then the user will be redirected to their mobile Bitcoin wallet with the correct payment address and amount. The user can stall the payment up until the invoice deadline.
A: No, because Moldova has not yet joined the SEPA zone.
